This is a beautiful vintage Rolex Oyster Chronograph 'Pre-Daytona' Ref.6234, manufactured in 1955, featuring an extremely rare original black dial. The highly valuable original black dial features silver printing for 'OYSTER CHRONOGRAPH' and 'ANTI-MAGNETIC,' while 'ROLEX' and 'SWISS' and other details are all in an underlying print. The dial design combines a tachymeter and telemeter on the outer ring with wedge-shaped indexes and alpha hands, showcasing the unique characteristics of the black Pre-Daytona from this era. The black dial, which retains a beautiful gloss, has transformed into a subtle brown hue, allowing you to savor the vintage aesthetic. Though from a later period, a valuable Oyster rivet bracelet (FF71, compatible with wrist sizes up to 19cm) is included.

Case: Good condition with minor scratches and age, but still in good condition with original shape and volume.

Dial: clean with no noticeable scratches or stains. It retains its black mirror luster and print, as well as its original luminescence. The color has slightly changed to brown.

Movement: Unadjusted and will be delivered after maintenance.
