This is a Rolex Oyster Bubbleback Ref. 3134 watch manufactured in the 1930s, featuring a rare 'Controlee Officiellement' dial on a matte white dial. It's a valuable early model in a three-piece case in the non-crown (NA) size, housing the small seconds Caliber 620. The blue steel hands shine on the matte white dial, which exhibits a seemingly simple yet charming design with no crown guards, a railroad track, and small seconds. Coupled with the early three-piece case, it encapsulates the taste of the vintage Bubbleback, distinct from later models. The 'Controlee Officiellement' inscription at 6 o'clock is in French and is said to indicate that tests and adjustments were carried out to ensure precise operation and accuracy.

Dial: slight ageing and minor scratches, but the atmosphere is excellent and the dial has a tasteful look that retains its print. The blued steel hands are also in beautiful condition.
