This is a description of a pristine 33mm stainless steel chronograph from the 1940s equipped with Movado's renowned Caliber 95 movement, housed in a waterproof screw-back case manufactured by FB, known for producing cases for Patek Philippe's Ref. 565. The silver snail dial features an outer tachymeter scale (in blue) and a snail tachymeter scale (also in blue), characteristic of the mechanical design of a 3-register chronograph. The sturdy 33mm screw-back case with a cylinder design adds to its condensed and magnificent taste. The preservation condition is superb, with the dial retaining its original printing, luminescence from that era, and the original serpentine hands. The case also preserves its valuable mushroom crown and distinctive lug shape in perfect condition.
