Manufactured in the early 1940s, this is a rare piece of Rolex Oyster Imperial Ref.2595 with a rare flat bezel design and a black arched dial. It features the early type Oyster case with a flat bezel, which is rarely seen in this era. The dial is also rare, with a black gilt dial displaying "ROLEX OYSTER" in arched lettering, silver printed Arabic numerals, and a red center seconds hand, showcasing excellent taste throughout. This timepiece retains the precious mid-crown, and despite its compact 29mm size, it exudes a presence beyond its dimensions.
