Manufactured in the mid-1930s, this is a rare oversized chronograph with a 40mm yellow gold case, featuring a valuable Cal.15 movement. It boasts a porcelain dial with a three-color scale design. This model was produced for only a brief period, from around 1933 to 1935, transitioning from the Cal.13.33 to the Cal.13zn movement. It is based on the Valjoux GHT base Cal.15''' movement. The porcelain dial with its unfading three-color scale design retains the beautiful dial aesthetics of the Cal.13.33. The 18k yellow gold hinged case, with a double case back (both inner and outer backs made of 18k gold), bears unique serial numbers engraved on both the inner and outer backs, indicating its transition period and recognition at the World's Fair with 11 awards, symbolizing its multifunctional capabilities as a computer at that time. This timepiece represents a rare treasure that allows one to savor the unique world of vintage Longines, which has received high acclaim worldwide.
