This is an early 1930s Longines monopusher chronograph featuring the Caliber 13.33 movement, housed in an 18K yellow gold case with a porcelain dial.
It is equipped with the rare in-house Cal.13.33 movement, which predates the renowned Cal.13ZN. The movement showcases a level of finishing that surpasses other brands of the same era, including beautifully beveled components, elegant curves, and large jewel settings.
The porcelain dial features a three-scale layout with distinctive dolphin-style numerals and elegant blued steel Breguet hands. As expected of a ceramic dial, it has preserved its pristine condition without fading over time.
The 18K yellow gold hinged case features a double case back, with both the outer and inner covers made of solid gold. Both covers bear engravings of the movement and a unique serial number, reflecting the exceptional craftsmanship for which vintage Longines watches are highly esteemed worldwide.
The inner case back is engraved to indicate that the watch served as a kind of early "computer," and also commemorates the ten awards it received at international watch exhibitions—highlighting its historical and horological significance.
