A 1950s Dubois, an extremely rare waterproof stainless-steel model in excellent condition, fitted with the coveted Peseux 260 movement.

The legendary Peseux 260, produced from the 1940s over a span of a quarter century, was originally developed for observatory chronometer competitions. It was also supplied to prestigious names such as Technicum du Locle and Breguet at the time, but watches housing this movement almost never appear on the market.

This particular piece was retailed by Dubois, a long-established Swiss brand founded in 1785, making it an especially valuable example.

The fine dial features applied indexes with luminous accents for outstanding legibility. The screw-back waterproof case provides anti-magnetic, shock-resistant, and water-resistant performance, while the housed Cal.260 is fitted with Incabloc shock protection, showcasing its practicality as well as refinement.

Not only is this watch exceedingly rare, but its state of preservation is also remarkable, making it a truly exceptional piece.
