This is a Glycine “Airman” manufactured in the 1960s. It is a unique model featuring a 24-hour dial paired with a 24-hour rotating bezel. When the crown is pulled out, a thin pin pops out at the 12 o’clock position to stop the seconds hand—an original mechanism unique to this model.
The crown at 4 o’clock is screw-down, and tightening it locks the rotating bezel in place. While the case shows signs of use overall, it retains its original shape without any noticeable case thinning. The dial is in good preserved condition, with only the luminous material on the indices having aged nicely.
An early khaki NATO strap is included. Please note: the black leather strap is not included.
