Late 1930s production Longines, equipped with the renowned Cal.12.68Z movement. This is a Staybrite 32mm Calatrava-style watch featuring an extremely rare sector dial.
The Calatrava case, distinguished by its elegant flat bezel, has thick and substantial lugs, giving it a solid and weighty construction typical of Longines, despite being a non-waterproof design.
The dial showcases a beautiful sector layout characteristic of the era, often referred to as the “three-baka” design. The silver dial is complemented by blued steel hands and exhibits a rich, aged patina, creating a superb vintage aesthetic.
It houses the celebrated Cal.12.68Z, one of Longines’ most iconic movements, known for its wide range of variations including small seconds, center seconds, and simple chronograph configurations.
