A late-1930s Omega wristwatch, powered by the Cal. 26.5, featuring a Staybrite tonneau-shaped case and a rare Art Deco silver two-tone dial, presented in excellent condition.
Despite its modest 31mm size, the Staybrite tonneau case has a strong presence beyond its dimensions, thanks to its distinctive shape and well-preserved condition. The beautiful two-tone dial—combining a silver base with a mirror-finished circular track, often referred to as a “hachimaki” style—perfectly captures the aesthetic and refined taste of the era.
It is equipped with the hand-wound Cal. 26.5 SOB movement, a caliber widely used in many manual-wind models throughout the 1930s.
