A beautiful example of the 1970s Omega “Chronostop” Ref. 146.012 featuring a dynamic design and grey checker-flag dial.
The oversized 42mm waterproof case evokes the design of the Dynamic models from the same era, while the striking grey checker-flag dial displays a wonderful color tone that perfectly reflects the aesthetic of the period.
The watch is powered by the Cal. 920, which enables timing of up to 12 hours by operating the chronograph with the hour and minute hands aligned at zero. It also features a quick-set calendar mechanism (the date can be advanced by moving the hands back and forth between 10 PM and midnight), along with water resistance, making it highly practical for everyday use.
Although there are minor signs of wear such as small scratches, the watch remains in excellent overall condition, with an unpolished case and a dial that shows virtually no signs of aging. It comes complete with its original bracelet (fits wrist sizes up to 21 cm) and the original tag.
