The elegant Calatrava-style case, distinguished by its flat bezel, employs an early waterproof case construction in which the movement is removed from the front through the bezel—a characteristic feature of early waterproof wristwatches. The glossy black gilt dial displays a striking mirror-like finish, complemented by a gold chapter ring around the outer perimeter that creates a crisp and refined contrast. Combined with the substantial 30mm Calatrava-style case, the watch presents a wonderfully compact yet dignified aesthetic.
