Manufactured in the 1930s, this Movado features the in-house Cal. 75 movement and a rare cylinder-style case with a turning bezel, complemented by a beautiful salmon-colored Roman numeral dial.
Despite its compact 29mm size, the rare cylinder case has a substantial presence and distinctive character. The beautifully toned salmon dial is enhanced by striking red hands, while the balanced design combines Roman numerals with baton-style hands. The center-seconds configuration creates a particularly appealing symmetrical layout, with the dial elements arranged evenly around the center, further highlighting the beauty of this exceptional example.
The watch is powered by Movado’s in-house Cal. 75, a movement fitted to many models produced by the manufacture during this period.
It comes with a rare vintage chrome-finished “bamboo” bracelet, suitable for wrists up to approximately 18.5cm.
