Manufactured in the mid-1940s, this Longines is a mint-condition example featuring the legendary Cal. 12.68Z movement, a 35mm stainless steel case in the classic Calatrava style, and a silver dial.

The silver dial, beautifully complemented by blued steel hands, features a slim bezel and a generously proportioned dial that gives the watch a commanding presence reminiscent of a larger 37mm model, despite its well-balanced 35mm case size.

The watch is exceptionally well preserved. The silver dial retains its beautiful lustre, while the unpolished Calatrava-style case displays the crisp, original lines and sharp definition characteristic of a genuine mint-condition example. The overall preservation makes this a particularly appealing piece.

Powering the watch is the celebrated Longines Cal. 12.68Z, one of the manufacture's most distinguished movements, produced in a variety of configurations, including small seconds, centre seconds, and simplified chronograph versions.

Complete with its precious original strap and integrated buckle, this is a highly desirable collector's piece.
