This is a rare Breitling "Premier" from the mid-1940s, featuring the renowned Venus 178 movement, a stainless steel 38mm waterproof chronograph with a rare tropical brown dial. It is equipped with the Venus 178 movement, a 3-register chronograph movement manufactured by Venus, which was also used in the later iconic Navitimer models, making it a rarity for this era.

The rare black gilt dial with tachymeter and minute track markings has evolved into a brown color over time. Combined with the substantial 38mm oversized screw-back waterproof case, it exudes a commanding presence and offers a splendid vintage feel. It comes with a later genuine buckle.
