1940s Leonidas Val.22 Stainless Steel 37mm Calatrava Chronograph Black Unique Dial

A 1940s Leonidas Calatrava chronograph with 37mm stainless steel case and a rare black dial equipped with the famous Valjoux 22. The simple black dial with big Arabic numbers, reminiscent of military watches at first glance. Because of the gilt-edged indexes, it makes it a unique black dial. The case is 37mm in size, but with the impactful dial design, it has the presence of a big chronograph of around 40mm. It is equipped with the famous Cal.22 made by Valjoux which many brands such as Rolex have adopted. Despite not being a widely-known model, this is a wonderful piece of watch which gives a feeling of a high-quality watch.
