A highly rare Ambercrombie & Fitch multi-scale chronograph manufactured in the 1940’s; manual wind, three-register chronograph (12-hour capacity) with round 38 millimeter diameter case; Stainless steel screw-back case with rounded lugs; with a built-in high quality Valjoux 71 Movement Caliber. External Telemeter 20 km scale and Internal Snail-type Tachymeter, ? second graduations, 30 minute and 12 hour register dial that makes it a rare, precise and complex dial design. An original Black Gilt dial, which was usually paired with Gold and Silver markers, with rare pink markers on this A&F designed chronograph; with a large-sized screw-back case that is also usually seen with Heuer made watches; built-in with a high-performing Valjoux 22 base movement and Valjoux 71 movement caliber; that makes it a rare design and good quality chronograph.
