Manufactured in the early 1970s, this is a fine example of the IWC “Yacht Club,” Ref. 811AD, in stainless steel with a silver dial. It features a robust screw-back waterproof case that offers excellent shock resistance and water resistance, and is powered by IWC’s top-tier in-house automatic movement, the Cal. 8541B, equipped with a quick-set date function and hacking seconds. Among vintage IWC models, it stands out for its outstanding practicality, while the simple, timeless dial design makes it a watch that can be enjoyed and worn for many years without fatigue. The overall condition is very well preserved, and it comes with a Gay Frères–based Jubilee bracelet suitable for wrist sizes up to 18.5 cm, making it a highly recommended piece that can be worn comfortably in any season.
