Universal Compax 30, Cal.285 powered, very rare original black dial 3-resistor chronograph, ø 38mm water-resistant case "Spielmann", circa mid 1940s.

This is a very rare 3-resistor black dial that has changed to a light brown color over time. The rare black dial not only has a tachymeter and minute track, but also "UNIVERSAL GENEVE" and "COMPAX 30" are underlined. Black dials often have printed logos and model names, so black dials with all undercoating are rare.
